Opt-Out Form Login

If you wish to exclude yourself from the Settlement Class (also called “opting out”), you will be giving up your right to receive any benefits under the Settlement, but you will retain any rights you may have to bring your own, separate lawsuit about the issues in the present lawsuit

Your exclusion request must include the following elements to be complete:

1. Identify the case name of the Litigation (Kobor, et al v. Skidmore College, Case No. 1:23-cv-01392-MAD-DJS (N.D.N.Y.))
2. Identify the name and address of the individual seeking exclusion from the Settlement;
3. Be personally signed by the individual seeking exclusion (or his/her parent or legal guardian, if a minor child);
4. Include a statement clearly indicating the individual’s intent to be excluded from the Settlement; and
5. Request exclusion only for that one individual whose personal signature appears on the request (or, in the case of a minor, the personal signature of the minor’s parent or legal guardian appears on the request).

To upload your completed exclusion request, you must login with your Unique ID and PIN. If you received a notice of this Settlement, your Unique ID is on the top of the email or postcard. If you misplaced your notice, please contact the Settlement Administrator at 1-833-296-0880 or info@SkidmoreSettlement.com. Please request your Unique ID & PIN by providing the Class Member’s full name and mailing address.

You may mail a copy of your exclusion request by U.S. mail to: Skidmore Settlement Administrator, P.O. Box 26170, Santa Ana, CA 92799.

The deadline to request exclusion online is July 11, 2025. If you are mailing your exclusion request, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than July 11, 2025.
